A private parking space is available right in front of the building. Enjoy the famous bay of La Baule, known as one of Europe’s most beautiful beaches. Stroll along the seafront promenade, try water sports like sailing, paddleboarding, or kitesurfing, go cycling, or visit the Barrière casino. Nearby, explore the salt marshes of Guérande, the wild coast of Le Pouliguen, or take a boat trip to the islands. Sailing clubs and kids’ activities are just a 4-minute walk away.
